GHANAIAN GOSPEL MUSICIANS CAN NOT DO WESTERN MUSIC BETTER THAN THE FOREIGN MUSICIANS – AFRO JERRICE

The sensational Afro gospel musician, Jerrice Naa Atswei Adjetey known on stage as Afro Jerrice made it known that Ghanaian Gospel musicians can not do western music better than the western gospel musicians,
therefore they must propagate our local gospel music to touch many souls in the world.

Afro Jerrice made it known in an interview on the “Throne room show” hosted by Taller dee on J’ador online radio.

She said “Ghanaian gospel musicians must propagate Ghanaian music because it depicts our originality, unlike something you are learning you can’t do it perfectly like the one who originated it.

“Since Ghanaian rhythms and music are originated from Ghana, let’s do it well to attracts souls into the kingdom of God.”

Afro Jerrice is an Afrogospel musician who has stand tall in propagating African gospel music and winning through her traditiinal brand and compositions.

She has single track dubbed “AKWAABA” ft Oheneba Clement, and cover videos. She is still working on her album.
She recently did a cover song by Judikey “Man of Galilee” and it is still making waves.

Gospel musicians must focus on the God factor than Entertaining their audience-Linwak Obeng.

The sensational Ghanaian gospel musician Linda Wak Obeng known on stage as Linwak Obeng, stressed on that the “God factor in most Gospel musicians ministration has deminished and entertaining audiences has become their hallmark”.

She made it known during an official meeting with the CEO of TDEE MUSIC LABEL Mr David Nartey.

Linwak Obeng is Ghanaian Gospel artiste who was born on 6th March in Accra,Ghana. Linwak is the only girl among three boys and was born to Legend Musician Rim Kwaku Obeng and Grace Doevie Waklatsi in Accra, Ghana. After her basic education at Happy Home Academy, her mother passed away and she was taken care of by her auntie Patricia Waklatsi. She continued her basic education at Marine Preparatory School and passed her common entrance to Tema Secondary School in Ghana to further her education. She is blessed with two wonderful children, Nana Tuffour Sarpong Boateng and Maame Sarponmaa Boateng. Linda Wak Obeng is a fashion designer by profession and just released her clothings from Menalin Collections. She loves to listen to listen to music, dance and play tennis at leisure time.

The female songstress Rose Adjei, revealled that she is not in the Gospel industry to pleased human beings but rather to minister to glorify God.
She made it known during “TOP PAWA DRIVE(TOPFM)” an interview segment hosted by DJ FOX.
Rose Adjei stressed on that most of the renowned Gospel musicians composed or ministers to just entertain their fans and the church but forgotten that they are a preachers and they can preach salvation through their musics.
Rose Adjei made it known that, she waits on God in prayers for God to give her “Divine Message” in a form of songs,and after writing it down she call forth music professionals to criticize it for the best before releasing it to the public. By so doing always her music sounds good after three(3) years.
Dj Fox asked a controversial question: Are you in competition with your colleques in the Gospel industry? and she reverted by saying “No”, because she has alot in her and she is believing God for strength so that she can touch the heart of the world and also souls to give their life to God after listening to her tracks.

ANY PASTOR WHO DO NOT PAY HIS/HER MUSICIANS IS STINGY-Dr Emmanuel Yaw Baidoo.

The head pastor of Triumphant Christian Center, Dr Emmanuel Yaw Baidoo stated that “A pastor who don’t pay his/her musicians after ministration is stingy man of God and its contrary to the word of God.

Dr Emmanuel Yaw Baidoo disclosed this revelation to “TDEE ENTERTAINMENT NEWS on saturday.

He stated that paying of musicians is blibical and as numbers 18:21 says ” And behold, i have given the children of levi all the tenth in Isreal for an inheritance, even the service of the tabernacle of the congregation.

Dr Emmanuel also adviced his colleaques in the pastoral ministry to create good relationship with their musicians, ushers, prayer warriors and all church workers so that they will serve well without pains.

He also made it known that, a church can buy a keyboard worth of 10, 000gh cedis but when its time to pay the musician(keyboardist) who regulates or plays it for the church to feel the significancy of it, they will say its a kingdom work and they will not pay.

He ended by saying because most of the professional musicians don’t backgain with the pastors before playing or performing, which the musician have it in mind that its a kingdom work so they wouldn’t love to charge the church but rather gives the church the opportunity to offer them their budget for musicians. Some of the pastors used this offer as a yardstick to deminish the value of that musician.

Veteran Hilife musician, Blay Ambolly said “Africans have been mis-educated by the Missionary schools and Africans has become educated fools”.
